Updated: 7.11.2026
1. Provider
Yohto is provided by Yohto Ab Oy (business ID 3145732-9), Asematie 1, 68600 Pietarsaari, Finland ("Yohto"). Oy Black Label Bytes Ab (business ID 2797246-7) develops and maintains the service on Yohto's behalf.
2. The service
Yohto is a web service and a set of mobile apps (Yohto, Y2 and Y3) for operations management: time tracking, scheduling, driving logs, payroll material and related functions. The service is intended for companies and organisations ("Customers") and the people they give access to ("Users").
3. Customer agreement
A Customer starts using Yohto by asking Yohto to set up an organisation for it. The scope of the service, fees and notice periods are agreed between Yohto and the Customer. If the customer agreement and these terms conflict, the customer agreement applies.
4. The Customer's responsibilities
The Customer decides who gets access, creates and removes its Users, and is responsible for how its Users use the service. The Customer is responsible for the data it enters and for having the right to process it.
5. Personal data
The Customer is the controller and Yohto the processor of the personal data in the service. Yohto processes personal data only to provide the service and according to the customer agreement. See the privacy policy for details.
6. Availability
Yohto aims to keep the service available at all times, but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance is announced in advance when possible.
7. Liability
Yohto is not liable for indirect or consequential damage, such as lost profit or lost data that could have been restored from the Customer's own records. Yohto's total liability is limited to the fees the Customer has paid for the service during the 12 months before the damage occurred.
8. Termination
The customer agreement can be terminated as agreed in it. Before the organisation is closed, the Customer can ask for an export of its data.
9. For app users
- Your account is created by your employer or the organisation you work for. Your use of Yohto is governed by its instructions.
- Use the service only for its intended purpose. Do not try to access other users' data or disrupt the service.
- For help, contact your organisation's main user first. See the support page.
10. Changes
Yohto may update these terms. Customers are informed of significant changes in advance.
11. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Finnish law. Disputes are settled in the District Court of Ostrobothnia.
